Students are expected to attend and participate in all seminars for MMCC6000. Seminars are not optional: they are a central component of meeting the learning outcomes in this unit, and deliver important content that is directly assessed. Seminars provide an environment where students can discuss ideas and learn from each other, building important networks and group work skills. In tutorials, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions, and receive informal feedback on work in progress from unit staff. Students who elect to not attend/participate in seminars will miss out on important unit content, and do so at their own risk.
