Unit description
Leading change develops your ability to navigate the dynamics of organisational change, equipping you with techniques for diagnosing and addressing the challenges these dynamics create. The unit develops your awareness and ability to identify and manage the human aspects of change at individual and group levels. An applied and practical approach is designed for managing individual, group, and organisational change and to understand and influence change in uncertain, complex, demanding, and challenging situations. We address the role and influence of strategy change drivers, including digital transformation, climate, culture, politics, resistance, and communication. |
Information about important academic dates including deadlines for withdrawing from units are available at https://www.mq.edu.au/study/calendar-of-dates

After the 7th day, a grade of ‘0’ will be awarded even if the assessment is submitted. Submission time for all written assessments is set at 11.55pm. For any late submissions of time-sensitive tasks, such as scheduled tests/exams, performance assessments/presentations, and/or scheduled practical assessments/labs, students need to apply for Special Consideration.
