Unit description Unit description

We live in shifting and complex times, driven notably by the dynamics of geopolitics, climate change, digital transformation, and competition. In this unit, your study of strategic change management will help you make sense of this complexity and equip you with tools for developing and navigating strategic change in your current and future work environments. We analyse strategic change at the individual, group, and organisational levels. A multi-perspective approach is developed to address the dynamics of managing organisational change through alternative lenses. The unit provides you with an opportunity to develop your change communication skills, decision-making ability, and your ability to lead and manage strategic change.
