Unit description
This advanced-level unit of Chinese language and culture is designed for students who would like to improve their Chinese language and cultural competence. Students will develop their Chinese language ability, both oral and written, and will enhance their cultural and intercultural understanding through acquiring knowledge of various aspects of Chinese culture and society. |

This task assesses the writing skills of the students, and includes short essay writing and passages for translation.

This task assesses students' oral language proficiency. It may take the form of a role play or individual interview.
